Seiralune currently sells digital products. No physical product will be shipped unless a specific listing clearly states otherwise.

Digital Delivery

Digital products or delivery instructions are sent electronically using the contact information associated with the purchase.

Customers should provide a valid email address during checkout.

Personal-Use Licence

Unless otherwise stated, Seiralune digital products are licensed for the purchaser's personal use.

Products may not be resold, redistributed, publicly uploaded, shared as downloadable files, or represented as another person's original work.

Refunds and Purchase Issues

Because digital products can be delivered electronically, refund eligibility may be limited after delivery.

Duplicate purchases, defective files, delivery problems and other legitimate purchase issues will be reviewed.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Compatibility

Customers should review product information before purchasing. Spreadsheet features can behave differently between applications and versions.

Creator Partnerships

Some customers may reach Seiralune through a creator storefront, creator code or referral.

The creator may receive compensation or commission from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to the customer.

Privacy

Seiralune may store a creator-attribution identifier in your browser so a creator referral can remain associated with your visit.

Payment and checkout information is processed through Square and its payment systems.
